Its use will help prevent water clinging to clean tableware and parts and thereby help prevent spotting caused by water impurities such as harness and dissolved solids left behind after water evaporation. Special conditioning agents reduce surface tension to provide rapid draining and rinsing, thereby speeding air drying, control foam over a wide temperature range and suspend dissolved solids to prevent deposition. This additive is compatible with both quaternary ammonium and chlorine sanitizers at use concentrations.
